Preserving Bridal Bouquets, Memorial Flowers, & More!

Locals, you may bring your flowers to our location  preferably within 3 days of your event or receiving your flowers in order to make sure your flowers are preserved properly. Please select an appointment time at least 24 hours in advance. We will contact you to confirm your appointment and provide drop off details.  Once your items are fully cured, you may pick them up or we will ship them to you.  Please choose pick up or shipping at check out.

Non-locals who wish to ship their flowers, please select an appointment day for us to receive your flowers.  We will confirm your appointment via text before you ship your flowers. If possible, text a photo of your flowers.  Please ship your flowers within 3 days of your event - time is of the essence!  It's best to keep your flowers in water and in a refrigerator until you ship them. Brides, this is something your bridesmaid, mom, or friend can handle for you.  For shipping you will need: a cardboard box, packing materials such as crumpled packing paper or Styrofoam packing peanuts, (don't use bubble wrap or anything plastic.) a frozen coolant block, your contact information written out, mementoes, photos, invitations, etc. anything you want added to your preserved flowers, and a list of everything you have included in the box. It is necessary to overnight ship your flowers, and please do not require a signature upon receipt.  It's important to leave the coolant block in the freezer for at least 8 hours before shipping.  If possible, deliver your box to the postal carrier towards the end of the day to avoid extra time in the heat.  

First, tape the frozen coolant block placed in a zip lock bag to the bottom of the shipping box / container with packing tape.

Second, make a nest in the box with your crumpled paper or packing peanuts.

Third, remove the flowers from the fridge and place in the nest. Fill the box to the top with the remaining packing material.  The key is to stabilize the flowers so they don't shift and become damaged during shipment.

Fourth, Tape your identification information (name, address, phone number, email, and  box contents on the INSIDE of the box.

Fifth, Close the box, seal it, and ship.  Please text us the tracking number if possible, or just confirmation that the flowers have been shipped.   Please note, we are not responsible for the flowers while in transit.

 Please complete your purchase at least 24 hours before your pick up appointment or shipment date.  This is important so we will know exactly the care needed to preserve the flowers either by pressing or sealing in silica that day.  

Please send at least double the flowers you would like preserved.  We preserve all of them and choose the best for your piece(s).

Please understand preserving natural flowers is a delicate process.

 Most flowers will change color during the drying process.  This is something we cannot control.  For example, whites will sometimes dry off white or have a slightly brownish hue to them, and have some translucent spots.  Reds sometimes darken, while bright pinks sometimes look more purplish.  It just depends on the flower.  Succulents and tropical flowers that hold water do not dry well and usually turn brown.  Some orchids dry well, while others do not. 

  We do our very best to eliminate all bubbles in the resin, but due to the nature of the materials, some micro-bubbles are inevitable.  Some bubbles and small imperfections do not qualify a piece for a refund.  Kindly remember that this is a handmade work of art.

We can also  create something for you if you have already dried your flowers.  Just note, if you dried your flowers in silica gel or hung upside down to dry, we can only create 3D pieces for you. Also, please be aware that we cannot reshape flowers that are already dried.

We can create custom resin letters and/or numbers with our flowers.  Just let us know what colors and if you would like specific flowers. 

We use the best UV resistant resin available.  We clearly communicate during each process and will send you a mock photo of each arrangement for approval before the resin is poured.  Our price points are budget friendly compared to larger companies, but our craftmanship and products are just as beautiful!
